FundersClub Portfolio Follow-On Rounds Update - Q1 2021

We'd like to congratulate FundersClub portfolio companies on their ongoing progress, as well as to welcome aboard their new VC investor partners.

Selected recent FundersClub portfolio company follow-on rounds and events:

• Coinbase held a successful direct listing on NASDAQ on April 14 under the ticker COIN. We invested in the Seed, Series A, Series D, and Series E.

• Shippo, a shipping software company for ecommerce, closed a $45M Series D round led by D1. We invested at Seed, Series A, and Series B.

• Lob, a printing API company, raised a $50M Series C led by Y Combinator. We invested in the Seed, Series B, and Series C.

• Parse.ly, a content analytics company, was acquired by Wordpress. We invested in the Series A and Series B.

• Burrow, an online furniture ecommerce company, closed a $25M Series C round led by Parkway Venture Capital. We invested in the Seed round.

• Fort Robotics, a safety and security platform for industrial robotics, closed a $13M Seed round led by Prime Movers Lab. We invested in the prior and current Seed rounds.

• Bxblue, a marketplace for payroll loans in Brazil, raised a $7M Series A led by Igah Ventures. We invested in the Seed and Series A.
