Selected recent FundersClub portfolio company follow-on rounds and events:

• GitLab (NASDAQ: GTLB), a SaaS platform for DevOps, completed a successful public listing on October 14, 2021. We invested at Seed, Series B, and Series D.
• Chainalysis, provider of cryptocurrency investigation and transaction monitoring solutions, closed a $100M Series E led by Coatue. We invested at Seed, Series A, and Series B.
• Eight Sleep, a smart mattress and sleep company, announced an $86M Series C led by Valor Equity Partners. We invested at Seed and Series B.
• Jerry, a consumer app for car insurance, financing, repairs, and more, announced a $75M Series C led by Goodwater Capital. We invested at Seed and Series C.
• Solugen, a carbon negative chemical manufacturer, announced a $357M  round led by GIC. We invested at Seed.
• Homelight, a real estate technology platform, announced a $100M Series D led by Zeev Ventures. We invested at Seed.
• EquipmentShare, a construction equipment rental technology platform, announced a $230M Series D led by Tiger Global. We invested at Seed.
• Outschool, a marketplace providing live classes and after-school activities for children, announced a $75M Series C co-led by Coatue and Tiger Global, and a $110M Series D led by Tiger Global. We invested at Seed, Series B, and Series D.
• Human Interest, a SaaS solution for businesses to offer and administer 401(k) plans, announced a $200M Series D led by The Rise Fund/TPG. We invested at Seed, Series C, and Series D.
• Rappi, a leader in on-demand retail in LatAm, announced a $500M round led by T.Rowe Price. We invested at Seed.
• Go1, which provides curated online learning materials and tools to businesses, announced a $200M Series D co-led by Softbank Vision Fund, AirTree Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures. We invested at Seed.
• Ripio, a LatAm-based crypto services firm, announced a $50M Series B led by DCG. We invested at Seed and Series B.
• Goldbelly, a curated marketplace for gourmet good and good gifts, announced a $100M Series C led by Spectrum Equity. We invested at Seed and Series A.
• Rose Rocket, a trucking TMS SaaS company, announced a $25M Series A led by Addition and Shine Capital. We invested at Seed and Series A.
• Ontop, a global platform for onboarding, managing, and paying team members, announced a $20M Series A co-led by Tiger Global and Point72. We invested at Seed and Series A.
• Forage, a provider of virtual experience programs, announced a $25M Series B led by Blackbird Ventures. We invested at Seed, Series A, and Series B.
• Kyte, a rental car provider that delivers vehicles to customers, announced a $30M Series A co-led by Park West Asset Management and Sterling Road. We invested at Seed and Series A.
• Leena AI, an employee helpdesk and employee experience company, announced a $30M Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners. We invested at Seed, Series A, and Series B.
