Y Combinator alum Asseta, a marketplace for capital equipment and other spare parts, has raised an additional $1 million in seed funding, after shifting its focus away from the sales of used manufacturing equipment last fall, the company says.

Investors included Ace & Company, Beenos Partners, Matt Huang, and others, as well as help from the WeFunder and AngelList crowdfunding platforms."
